How our sponsorship works
SPONSOR ADVERTISING IS JULY 1 - JUNE 30
FCEC offer different advertising perks for different levels of sponsorships. Please see our sponsorship form below for full details. Different levels are available to fit your budget.
We host many different events throughout the year and our sponsorship campaign begins early each year as we strive to raise sponsors before July 1. Most of our events occur between July and October, so sponsors are posted from July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the following year in order to give our sponsors as close to a full year of advertising time as possible. Sponsor logos are placed on our website and social media platform as soon as the sponsorship is received.
Do we offer sponsor space on our showbills? No, and here is why: Our showbills are designed early at the beginning of the year in order to make the Show Bill Magazine deadline so we can get the initial word out to the public. Our show bills are subject to frequent updates and they appear in many different places. The showbill space is dedicated to show details and there simply is not enough room to list all sponsors' logos. We offer appropriate advertising opportunities for the different levels of sponsorships.
