This page is for Fulton County Horse & Pony members where they will find important resources such as the Leadership Challenge details, high point awards, 2025 Fulton Co. Horse & Pony Overview and links to enroll their 4-H projects and horses, the current Indiana Horse & Pony Handbook, Purdue Extension and other 4-H info.
As part of the Excellence in Leadership Challenge, we are encouraging each Fulton County Horse & Pony member to keep a notebook / journal of all the meetings and club events he or she attends, document topics discussed, activities held and skills learned or to be improved. Members will turn their notebooks in to Mellisa and Nancee during the Fulton County Fair in July. The rules are simple. All notes must be in your own handwriting. No printed or AI-generated content is permitted.

LEADERSHIP TIP #1
Club members who aspire to become leaders bring notebooks and take notes during meetings.
Based on the educational program offered through many Horse and Pony Clubs, Fulton Co Horse Bowl is a version of that. Members are divided into teams which they will keep throughout the year. Time permitting, there will be a game at each meeting which teams will compete for points by answering questions correctly. Questions are horse-related. The team who has earned the most points by the end of the season earns some nice prizes. Teams are encouraged to learn and sharpen their equestrian knowledge and work together to earn as many points as possible.
